Wow!! September is halfway over with and I am just now getting to the blog updates....sorry guys. It is hard to find time. Happy Birthday to all who are celebrating and happy anniversary to those lucky ones married in September and October.
Just a little update on Grandma. Her hip replacement went very well. She stayed in the hospital for a week and is now home and recovering quickly. She was practically "running" through the house with her walker just 3 days after she got home!! What a plucky little woman! Grandpa is playing the role of "chief cook and bottle washer" and doing a fantastic job of it. Grandma is still on pain pills and has to give herself a shot everyday..(ouch), but says she is getting good at that! Just keep her in your prayers and give them a phone call when you have a minute or two. Find out for yourself how well she is doing!!
